There will be no additional costs paid for any returns on postage and packaging and the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred when returning any goods for any reason unless agreed by us.Therefore we recommend recorded and insured postal service is used for any returns and keep your proof of posting. We are not liable for any costs for damage by temperature or transit.The summer is the season we may have to delay deliveries due to heat damage of the chocolates and therefore it might be a consideration for the customer to buy their chocolates from the nearest chocolatier. Chocolates will not be posted to International destinations due to the risk of heat damage, but if this is required it is at the customer's own risk. The boxes however can still be posted. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any returned goods are received by us without damage,unopened and in a condition that allows the goods to be resold at the full price. We are unable to accept returns for perishable goods unless proved faulty. Goods that are returned in a state that is not identical to the state that they were posted to the customer,we therefore reserve the right to issue no or only a partial refund. Postage times are an estimated guide and is the responsibility of the carriers involved for delivery times.
